Italian Contemporary

Isabella Monari was born in Bologna. Apart from her studies in Foreign Languages, she has graduated in Political Sciences (specializing in Sociology); this academic career has given her the opportunity to cultivate her interest towards society and human relations.
Her paintings focus on “people” who are never isolated, always connected with their social context.
Isabella has intensified/enriched her artistic experience by attending the Free School of Nude, Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna.
